Статья посвящена актуальным вопросам совершенствования процесса обучения студентов в условиях постоянно меняющихся приоритетов в области университетского образования. Ставится задача перевода работы вуза в режим расширенного научного поиска с активным освоением инновационных технологий. Анализируется техническая база вуза в аспекте проблем использование всего многообразия инновационных технологий в учебной и научной работе. Рассматриваются вопросы академической мобильности студентов, аспирантов, преподавателей и сотрудников в свете перспектив развития Болонского процесса.

The article deals with topical problems of perfecting the process of students, learning in conditions of the constantly changing priorities in the sphere of the university education. The author of the article sets the problem of transferring the university work into the mode of the advanced scientific search with the active adoption of the innovative technologies. He analyzes the university technical base in the aspect of problems of using the whole variety of the innovative technologies in the educational and scientific work. The author considers the problems of the students, postgraduates, lecturers academic mobility in the light of Bologna process tasks.
